Refund policy

Because our products are handmade to order and often customized, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please read the details below carefully before placing your order. 

All Sales Are Final
Due to the made-to-order nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect choices (such as size or color), or delivery delays due to the carrier.

If you believe you made a mistake on your order and want to edit something (color, stamping, etc.) contact me ASAP (simply reply to your order confirmation email) and I can edit your order IF I have not already begun production.

Order Cancellations
See above. Mason Leather is a one-man shop working hard to provide handmade, customizable leather gear. Once your order is placed, I will not cancel it or refund it for any reason. Once you've decided to place an order, that's it. Mason Leather is not a big company that can economically absorb your indecision.

International Orders

All taxes, duties, fees, delivery risk, etc. including delays and loss associated with international orders/shipments are purely the purchaser's responsibility. I do not warranty any damage, delays or loss as international carriers and customs agencies vary greatly in reliability. An international order that is lost in transit is lost in transit. No refunds or replacements are implied or given. Mason Leather will not open an investigation into lost or delayed international shipments.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem, which may include a replacement or repair depending on the circumstances. This does not apply to items shipped internationally.

Custom Orders
Custom designs, monogrammed items, and made-to-spec pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Some items in our store are fulfilled by Printful, a print-on-demand partner. These products are made to order just for you, and as such, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a significant defect or issue with the item.

  • Non-returnable: All made-to-order items (apparel, mugs, posters, etc.) are final sale unless they arrive damaged or with a significant misprint.

  • Design alignment note: Due to the nature of print-on-demand manufacturing, slight variations in design placement (e.g., being slightly off-center or not perfectly straight) are normal and not considered defects.

  • Accepted issues: If your item arrives clearly damaged, misprinted in a major way, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, including photos and a description. We’ll work with our print partner to resolve it promptly.

  • Size and preference issues: We do not accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size, color, or due to buyer’s remorse
