Shipping policy
All of our products are handmade to order. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for production before your order is shipped. We take pride in the craftsmanship of each item and appreciate your patience as we create something special just for you.
Domestic (USA)
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.
Shipping is FREE for domestic orders!
Estimated Delivery Time (after production): 2–5 business days
Should a parcel become lost in transit, it is your responsibility to initiate an investigation with USPS for recovery. In my experience the need for this is extremely rare with delivery rates exceeding 99.9%. Once a parcel is shipped I have no control over it and have no more insight than you do with your tracking number.
International
International orders are shipped via UPS only. If UPS is not available for your country, I cannot ship to your country. International shipping tends to be expensive, it is what it is.

All taxes, duties, fees, delivery risk, etc. including delays and loss associated with international orders/shipments are purely the purchaser's responsibility. I do not warranty any damage, delays or loss as international carriers and customs agencies vary greatly in reliability. An international order that is lost in transit is lost in transit. No refunds or replacements are implied or given. Mason Leather will not open an investigation into lost or delayed international shipments.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s policies. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details.
